1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, viewing, or purchasing specimens through shop.gemadventurer.com(the "Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our associated Shipping, Privacy, and Payment policies.

2. Natural Gemstone Disclosures & Calibrated Photography

Gem Adventurer™ is dedicated to absolute scientific transparency. We abide strictly by CIBJO, GIA, and ICA disclosure guidelines:

• Weight & Dimensions: Carat weights are measured on certified Mettler Toledo analytical balances accurate to ±0.01 carats. Caliper dimensions are measured to 0.01mm precision.
• Enhancements & Origin: Any thermal treatment, oiling, irradiation, or clarity enhancement is explicitly documented on product specifications and laboratory reports. If a stone is completely unheated, it will be clearly declared.
• Color Accuracy: All gemstone photography and 360° macro videography are captured in color-calibrated daylight environments (5500K–6500K CRI > 95). However, variations in monitor displays, color spaces (sRGB vs Display P3), and ambient room lighting may slightly alter appearance.

3. One-of-a-Kind Specimen Availability & Pricing

Due to the geological singularity of rare natural gemstones, the vast majority of items presented are unique, single-inventory specimens. In the rare event of simultaneous checkout or pricing typographical errors, Gem Adventurer™ reserves the right to cancel and immediately refund any unfulfilled transaction.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, imagery, gemological descriptions, 3D renderings, and proprietary software interfaces displayed on this Site are the exclusive intellectual property of Golden M Co., Ltd. / Gem Adventurer™. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability & Warranty

Gem Adventurer™ warrants that all gemstones sold are genuine, natural specimens as described in their accompanying certification. In no event shall Golden M Co., Ltd. or its officers be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the handling, mounting, or post-purchase recutting of gemstones by third-party jewelers.
