Prices across Gem Adventurer™ are shown in Australian Dollars ($ AUD) and United States Dollars ($ USD). International cardholders can complete purchases in their home currency with live foreign exchange conversion handled securely by the issuing card network.

Anti-Fraud Verification & Security Screening

Due to the rare and irreplaceable nature of natural gemstones, all orders are subject to automated risk analysis and Address Verification Service (AVS) checks:

  • Orders where billing and shipping addresses differ significantly may require brief verification by our security team before dispatch.
  • For high-value orders, a government-issued photo ID match may be requested in compliance with standard AML regulations.
  • We do not retain raw payment card numbers or CVV verification codes on our servers at any time.

Customs, Duties & Value-Added Taxes

All prices quoted are exclusive of destination import tariffs, value-added taxes (VAT), or local customs handling fees unless otherwise stated. International shipments include compliant commercial invoices with harmonized tariff code (HS Code 7103 for worked precious and semi-precious stones) to ensure smooth customs clearance.
